Refunds and cancellation

Leads are sold as-is

A lead is a consumer who asked to be contacted, with their written consent attached. We do not guarantee that any lead will answer, qualify, or buy, and we do not refund a lead because it did not.

If a lead is taken back

If you do not work a lead within the time the marketplace allows, it returns to the marketplace and may be offered to another agent. That return is not a refund and does not credit your balance.

Working a lead you cannot reach

If you complete the full contact schedule for a lead, mark it as unreached, and do so within fourteen days of receiving it, your balance is credited a percentage of what you paid for that lead. This is payment for work performed, not a refund, and it is paid once per lead.

Funds you have added

Funds added to your balance are used to buy leads. Adding funds requires a $10 minimum top-up. To ask about funds you have not spent, contact us using the details below.

Cancelling

There is no subscription and no minimum ongoing commitment. You may stop buying at any time.
