Who may use this marketplace

Broker Buckets is a lead marketplace for licensed insurance producers. To create an account and purchase leads, you must hold an active insurance producer license in a state where leads are offered, and you may only receive leads within the lines of authority your license covers.

Licensure warranty and duty to notify

By using this marketplace, you represent that your producer license and any required errors and omissions coverage are active and in good standing. If your license lapses, is suspended or revoked, or your errors and omissions coverage lapses, you must notify us promptly and stop receiving leads until it is resolved.

Leads may not be resold

A lead sold to you through this marketplace is for your own use in contacting that consumer. You may not resell, transfer, or otherwise pass a lead on to another producer, agency, or third party.

Client information you enter

Details you enter about a client in this marketplace, such as the client's household members, for a business, its name and EIN, the employees and family members it asks about coverage for, and an employee's own phone number, email and address when you add them, doctors, prescriptions, income, the applications you record or submit, the plans you compare for each person, a carrier's health-check tier and membership level, and your notes, are your own record of that client. By entering them, you represent that you obtained them from the client to help the client choose coverage. You will keep them confidential and meet your own obligations for them, including under your agreements with insurance carriers and the privacy and insurance data-security laws that apply to you. Do not enter information about anyone other than your client and the people your client is asking about coverage for. We keep what you enter only to show it back to you and to send a carrier what you ask us to send it, as our privacy notice describes. When an employee of a business client becomes your own client, what you entered about them and their family moves to their own file, and these terms apply to it there.

When you open a carrier's quotes for a client or submit an application to a carrier through this marketplace, we send that carrier the client details the request needs, at your direction and under your own appointment with that carrier; our privacy notice lists what is sent. Do so only for a client who has asked you to quote or to apply. You are responsible for the answers you enter and for anything the carrier or the law requires you to give the applicant.

Contacts you add yourself

You may add your own contacts to this marketplace, one at a time, as a referral or from a file. A contact you add is yours: we never offer it to another producer, charge you for it or take it back. Each time you add a contact or a file of contacts, you confirm, as the checkbox states, that you have the consent the law requires to contact each person in each way you will contact them. We do not collect or check that consent; obtaining it, and keeping any record of it the law requires, is your responsibility.

You will honor a contact's request not to be contacted. When you mark a contact do not call, we keep them from being added to your list again. Our own do-not-call records cover leads bought in this marketplace, not contacts you add. The calling hours the work deck enforces apply to your contacts as they do to every lead.

The buyer agreement

Purchasing leads through this marketplace is governed by a separate buyer agreement between you and us, which covers pricing, delivery, and the terms of each purchase in more detail. This page is our general terms of use and does not replace it.

Broker Buckets is a registered fictitious name of BK Benefits Consultants LLC, 3324 Rue Royale St. #1406, St. Charles, MO 63301, (636) 265-6509. BK Benefits Consultants LLC is licensed as an insurance producer in MO, OH.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this marketplace will be brought in St. Charles County, Missouri.
