Who may use this marketplace

Broker Buckets is a lead marketplace for licensed insurance producers. To create an account and purchase leads, you must hold an active insurance producer license in a state where leads are offered, and you may only receive leads within the lines of authority your license covers.

Licensure warranty and duty to notify

By using this marketplace, you represent that your producer license and any required errors and omissions coverage are active and in good standing. If your license lapses, is suspended or revoked, or your errors and omissions coverage lapses, you must notify us promptly and stop receiving leads until it is resolved.

Leads may not be resold

A lead sold to you through this marketplace is for your own use in contacting that consumer. You may not resell, transfer, or otherwise pass a lead on to another producer, agency, or third party.

The buyer agreement

Purchasing leads through this marketplace is governed by a separate buyer agreement between you and us, which covers pricing, delivery, and the terms of each purchase in more detail. This page is our general terms of use and does not replace it.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this marketplace will be brought in St. Charles County, Missouri.
